The Atlanta Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) is a group of volunteers from our community that come together to represent the town of Atlanta for the residents. We are here to serve in the best interests of the town, neighbors and the petitioner involved. The BZA has jurisdiction over such matters as Variance from Development Standards, Variances of Land Use, Special Exceptions and Administrative Appeals. The BZA meets at the Atlanta Town Hall located at 105 E. Main St. Atlanta, IN 46031 at 7:00 p.m. on the following dates. The following meeting dates are subject to change:
